Alchemy
Flask of the North - Increases your spell power by 47, attack power by 80, or Strength by 40 for 1 hour. Counts as both a Battle and Guardian elixir. Effect persists through death. "Can be used in arenas. Not consumed when used."
Transmutes for epic gems mostly use the blue quality gems:
Transmute: Ametrine - Majestic Zircon x1, Eternal Shadow x2
Transmute: Cardinal Ruby - Eye of Zul x3
Transmute: Dreadstone - Twilight Opal x3
Transmute: Eye of Zul - Forest Emerald x3
Transmute: King's Amber - Majestic Zircon x1, Eternal Life x2

Enchanting
Enchant Ring - Assault - Increased to 40 Attack Power from 32.
Enchant Ring - Greater Spell Power - Increased to 23 Spell Power from 19.
Enchant Ring - Stamina - Increased to 30 Stamina from 24.
Engineering
Flexweave Underlay - Increased to 23 Agility from 15, fall duration increased to 30 sec. from 10.
Hand-Mounted Pyro Rocket - Damage increased to 1654 to 2020 from 1440 to 1760.
Hyperspeed Accelerators - Duration increased to 12 sec. from 10.
Nitro Boots - Critical Strike Rating reduced to 12 from 16, but now also increases Hit Rating by 12.
Reticulated Armor Webbing - Increased to 885 Armor from 800.
Springy Arachnoweave - Increased to 27 Spell Power from 18, fall duration increased to 30 sec. from 10.
