Do you Looking for enhancement in reputation in game? With World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King release, you can gain reputation with the Kalu'ak faction. It is related to the Tuskarr race, which founded in Borean Tundra, Dragonblight, and Howling Fjord, available for both Horde and Alliance.

The Kalu'ak is a faction consisting of the tuskarr, a tough yet kind-natured nomadic race. Deriving their livelihood from fishing and whaling, they make even their enemies marvel at their ability to catch the most difficult sea animals. Their main settlement is Kaskala, which can be found in the Borean Tundra. Smaller branches can be found at Kamagua within the Howling Fjord, and Moa'ki Harbor in Dragonblight.
Their settlements are often under fierce attack by the Kvaldir and Gurlocs, and welcome any new Northrend allies who would come to their aid.

The Tuskarr are an indigenous race to the cold coastal regions of Northrend. Many of their settlements have been destroyed or are under siege by forces under the influence of the Lich King. Kaskala, in southern Borean Tundra, is one such settlement, continually under siege by crazed, undead Sea Vrykul. Wolvar, Scourge, and Northsea Pirates also cause problems for the generally peaceful Tuskarr.

Kamagua, in the southwestern islands off the coast of Howling Fjord.
Unu'pe, on the southern coast of Borean Tundra.
Moa'ki Harbor, on the southern coast of Dragonblight.
And also we make mention of Kalu'ak Fishing Pole briefly.
Your weapon skill with a Fishing Pole is determined by your Fishing skill, and each skill point adds 0.04% crit. Abilities that add fishing skill to your rod also increase the "weapon skill" with the rod equipped.
So, this rod will be a potentially powerful weapon, with the obvious caveat that it can't receive windfury, be enchanted, or do anything but autoattack. But for a caster in a situation such as being spell locked or mobs immune to magic like the wyrms in Kara, this could be used for some fun.
A very nice alternative to the Arcanite pole if you have trouble winning or get attacked a lot while attempting to win the contest (I.E. PVP server) plus a lot of people will prefer to Rep Grind a faction then try to win the contest
And what with the fishing lines either the +3 or +5 not to mention Captain Rumsey's Lager this is better for the more common angler but I'm sure the diehard fishermen will have this and the arcanite pole
Northrend reps will have Tabards avil at Friendly instead of Exalted. Wearing the tabards while doing instances will raise your rep w/ the place depending on the tabard your wearing, as well as the rep from the instance your doing.
